ClassTrack allows you to setup and schedule classes in the system. Classes can be divided into multiple sessions as could be represented by skill level or days the session is offered on. You can even setup a “bundle” session that allows the person to sign up for all sessions for that class at a discount! Classes can be setup for online registration or managed offline by your administrators. Each session can have a participation limit to prevent excessive signups.
ClassTrack allows you to offer online sign ups for your class sessions. Not only can you specify the dates when they can sign up, but you can also setup special “early bird” discounts and/or “late fees” depending on the date and time the person signs up. The total fee is calculated automatically for you. For those participants that wait for the last minute, a wait list is available automatically for sessions that are full. You will know who signed up for the wait list first if a spot is open, or maybe you can handle a few extra students for the session.
ClassTrack offers you flexibility to either accept registrations for anyone with knowledge of your website, or only those members deemed as “eligible” by your membership database. ClassTrack can even help you manage membership fees or annual dues required to participate in your class sessions. For organizations dealing with children, the Family Member functionality allows a parent or spouse to sign up multiple members of the family from his/her account and possibly make one payment for all the sign ups.
ClassTrack lets you add your instructors to the system and schedule them to work specific class sessions. If the sessions are scheduled, ClassTrack will prevent scheduling conflicts for your instructor. The instructors also have access to a web portal that gives them access to the rosters for the classes they are instructing. The portal allows the instructor to email the participants of the class session and also track attendance to the session.
