ClassTrack allows you to offer online sign ups for your class sessions. Not only can you specify the dates when they can sign up, but you can also setup special “early bird” discounts and/or “late fees” depending on the date and time the person signs up. The total fee is calculated automatically for you.
For those participants that wait until the last minute, a wait list is available automatically for sessions that are full. You will know who signed up for the wait list first if a spot opens, or maybe you can handle a few extra students for the session.
Have an expensive class, or registering months in advance? ClassTrack can let you setup options such as accepting a deposit at the time of sign up. You can also setup payment plans for your participants, which give them the option to break down the payment into pre-determined installments.
