General Support: An Account Already Exists for this User

This message comes up when an account already exists in the system for your Participant Number/Email Address. While you may not remember creating an account, it is possible an administrator or previous teammate created an account under your name, or that you simply forgot you signed up in the past.

The easiest solution is to go to Login, then click on the Forgot Password link. Enter you Participant Number/Email Address on the fields. An email with further instructions will be delivered to you. Read the Resetting your Password article for more information. If your email address/participant number combination is not recognize, please contact your Host institution so they can fix your database entry. Recreational Solutions will not change database information for security/privacy issues.
