IMTrack Sign Up Issues

Some of our customers will upload a database of eligible participants into the system. Only those participants in the database are allowed to register online. As a participant, you may run into one of the following messages when signing up for a team or creating an account:

  • Member Number not in the Database
  • First Name/Last Name does not match for your Member Number
  • Participant not Eligible

If you get one of the above or similar errors, please contact the administrators for your school/business so that they can verify whether you are supposed to be in the database, confirm that you are eligible, and add you to the database if appropriate.
