General Support: Locating/Editing User Accounts

If your have a participant that can't remember their user name/password, and is having trouble with the forgot password system, you can login with your administrator account and assist your user as follows:
  1. From the General Admin Links, click on Participants.
  2. Search for the Participant in question. Remember to use a comma to search on both first and last name.
  3. Click on the Participants name.
  4. The User Account (if created) should be listed at the bottom of the user information on the top part of the screen. You can hit the edit icon to change the user name and password. You can remove the user account and the person can sign up again with the same participant number/email address and create a brand new login
